Run 100m in under 1 min,

Then…

8 Rounds of 20sec on:10 rest of:

Push-up

Sit-up

Alternate movements each time

(This will be a 16 min work out)

SCALE

Run ->125M row

Push Up –> off bench

Sit Ups ->feet anchored ->crunch
