I highly recommend doing these mobility movements prior to tackling “Karen”. Get those shoulders, chest, hips and ankles open. If you don’t have a Voodoo Floss Band (buy one off of Rogue!) for your ankle, you can also do the following (courtesy of Mobility WOD)…

I’d like to help out next Sunday.
Kim,
Thanks, we got you down. Jason will be sending an email out shortly
I would like to help out…please sign me up.

I was hoping to compete, but I’ll shoot for next time. This time around I definitely want to help out…sign me up.
…I’m available all day Sunday.
James,
Thanks, we got you down. Jason will be sending an email out shortly
Also, the WOD is now on LogWOD. Go ahead and log your times.
I did the WOD this evening and had a strategy all planned out, 10 sets of 15 with a short break between. I stuck with the strategy but my break times got a bit longer each time and I am sure if I were being judged there would’ve been a lot of ‘no reps’. Time was 14:59 which is about double what most of the morning class did…
Melissa,
It’s good to see you come in with a plan. That’s what folks need to do with WODs like these. Be honest with yourself, figure where your rest points will be and do your best to stick with it so you can keep moving. It’s all about learning.
And kudos to you for identifying reps that might not be full range of motion. So next time you have Wall Balls, make the effort to stay full range, even if it means a longer time.
You’re learning the game. I love it!
CAN!

Thanks for the encouragement, Coach!

I was just looking for this info for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this type of informative websites in top of the list. Generally the top websites are full of garbage
