2013 Regional Event 4 (modified)

For time:
50 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
50 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
50 Pistols
50 One-arm Dumbbell Snatches, alternating (50/30 lbs)


C2B- Pull Ups

Pistols – Air squats

Dumbbell – 35/20
