Squat – 5, 3, 2,1 add 5lbs at each interval


10Rnds; 20 sec to complete: 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats Use 50% of Squat weight *If you fail on the FS, the round cannot be counted


A. use 30% of Squat weight B. Use 25% of Squat weight
