So, it’s a 20 Min AMRAP, but it has MAX reps in it? How does that work? Is it Max unbroken reps or Max reps? Max reps would mean you just do one 400m run, and then spend the rest of the time doing bar muscle ups.
It’s just like Nicole. You run 400 meters, then do the muscle ups until you break, then 400 meter run, muscle ups…….
What if I don’t break? Is it still max reps or do I just win?
