Front Squat

5, 5, 5+

Add 5-10 from 16 March.



7 Rounds:

200M Run

5 Pull Ups

10 Goblet Squats (53/35)


Scaling Options:

Pull ups =2xbody row

GS – 35/20

Run = 250Row



Clean pull 5×5. Add weight each set.

Couch stretch x 2 min per side
