15 minute AMRAP:

2 Hang Power Clean

200 m Run

(Use weight from the Triple)


Scaling Options:

Row 250 vice run



3 x 5 Clean pulls (Start at WOD weight and go up)

Roll out forearms (lay PVC on box so you can lean into it)
