WOD:

Partner WOD: For Time

-Bench Press Max Reps (first partner goes then the second partner) 235/165  (or 85% of 1rm)

-Run Full Lap

-Bench Press Max Reps (first partner goes then the second partner) – 185/130  (65% of 1rm)

-Run full lap

-Bench Press Max Reps (first partner goes then the second partner) – 135/95  (50% of 1rm)

-Run full lap

 

 

Score = total time minus 1 sec per Bench Press rep.  Low score wins

So, as stated above, partner one starts on the bench with partner two spotting.  Once partner one finishes his/her set, the partners switch spots.  Once partner two is finished benching, both partners take off running for a full lap.  This continues for all three rounds, changing weight each round.

Wall Hip Flexor Mobilization 8 per side
