-50 push ups
-75 air squats
thats not murph….doing it without partition is what makes the workout hard.
Yes you are correct with that. This is a variation of Murph that we found pretty interesting. Give it a try.
Not quite… in the 2015 Games they did Murph in 5 rounds (20/40/60). It’s still Murph – 600 reps is still 600 reps.
