CrossFit Open WOD 13.2

10 Minute AMRAP

– 115/75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps

– 115/75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps

– 15 Box jumps, 24/20″ box

Scaling Options:

Open WoD.  Goal is Rx.  If weight is too heavy for S2O, Scale to 95/55


Doorway stretch – 2 mins
