Not critiquing the workouts, but we are just following Mainsite’s WODs, a week behind? Could we at least add a strength piece to Mainsite’s workouts? I like working out with the group, but these workouts make it difficult.

You are right Matt about the programming. If you are looking to kick things up talk to your coach and ask for options for scaling up the workouts.
