Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)

Wall Balls (20#/14#)

Box Jump w/step down (no jumping down) (24″/20″)

Shoulder to Overhead (95#/65#)

Burpees

In teams of two, one partner works while the other rests.

You will work for 2:00 at each station – 30 sec transition from one station to the next.

Score = total reps
