Hand Release Pushup
For Hand Release Push-ups, feet are on a 25# plate to keep thighs from touching the floor. If the thighs touch the floor, NO REP. If the chest does not touch the floor, NO REP. Why keep the thighs off the ground? If forces you to lock in your core and keep your body straight.

damn it!!!! tuesday is my rest day and i was really looking forward to this workout. it sucks SO BAD!
