700 Meter Run (from start of TOTF tape @ rowers section, ending at TOTF tape @ GHD’s)
After you’re done puking green, at noon roll on over to CrossFit Hydro to cheer on the folks doing the WOD they have planned(if you’re REALLY crazy, you can join in) and then grill up the slabs of meat you’ll be bringing.
Oh, did I mention we’ll also be redoing 12.4 on Sunday? Rest Day? Who needs it! 🙂
