“WOD of 1000 Reps”

10 Rounds For Time:

-10 Burpees

-10 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)

-10 HR  Push ups

-10 Butterfly Sit Ups

-10 Ring Dips

-10 Double Unders

-10 Sprawls (no push up/no jump burpees)

– 10 Pull ups (any version)

– 10 Jumping Lunges (alternate legs each jump)

– 10 V-Ups
